Online Group Yoga Classes
Weekly online classes hosted live on Zoom, plus a library of 100+ on-demand video class recordings. Group classes are gentle enough to welcome beginners and also holistically challenging even for the most experienced practitioners. Each class is freshly prepared, “cooked from scratch”, with creative lesson plans that expand the scope of common hatha / vinyasa flow.
Stretch + Restore I
Time to get all that stiffness out of your body! You will learn fun ways to warm which increase your energy. The tapping/brushing techniques stimulate your capillaries, improving blood flow and oxygen delivery to your cells. The shaking exercises get your lymph moving. Stretching your entire body thoroughly relaxes whilst gently toning your muscles. It also helps keep your ligaments and tendons supple and youthful. The classes release buildup of inner tensions - both mental and physical - that accumulate with age. Regular stretching is highly beneficial for bone matrix, for brain health, and for the elasticity of your arterial walls. And it stretches all your fascia, which is crucial, because all your vital organs such as your heart, liver and kidneys are wrapped in layers of connective tissue called fascia. Keeping our fascia supple helps preserve them. You will learn more about how these tissues fibers weave together in spirals throughout your body (from head to toe) as you practice.
Stretch + Restore II
A gentle and fun way to brighten up your day. This class brings greater bone health, joint flexibility plus strength training to your core and back muscles. It introduces new breathing techniques in conjunction with flowing movements. Taking the class helps you build muscle tone, coordination, and brain function.
A complete package to revitalize and heal. You will learn innovative ways to stretch and rejuvenate your musculoskeletal system, to rehabilitate and restore your body. This series will upgrade your energy and improve your quality of life.
Chair Yoga
FOR SENIORS
Flex, restore, stretch and breathe! Have fun while learning new ways to exercise and enliven your body. Enjoy an uplifting practice that helps you to regain range of motion and reinvigorate your spirit.
Chair class is a more relaxed way to get a workout for your body. It provides a fun way to activate energy, mobilizing the spine and major joints. It includes stretches of the spine and legs, both important in slowing down the aging process. We use fluid movements that open up the breathing cavity and invigorate the respiratory system to enhance proper oxygenation of your body and uplift your mood! We also practice yoga for the face (to rejuvenate your facial muscles, larynx, etc), as well as eye exercises to benefit your optic nerves, which are directly connected to the rest of your brain. Whenever our body feels more light and free, we feel happy again! It is so simple. This fun class will be enjoyable even for people who never really exercised before in their entire life!

Balance + Stretch
FOR SENIORS
Time to get rid of some stiffness! This easy-going class is wonderful for general physical maintenance, as well as brain and bone health. It'll improve your posture, and put a brake on the aging process!
A lighthearted class moving at a gentle pace. Balance class is much more than just fall prevention. Balance class is very beneficial for your leg muscles, and for the health of your knee joints, ankles and feet. It naturally tones your core and gluteus muscles. Balance practice is important for all people, young and old. It really does wonders for brain health*, helping to prevent dementia and keeping us sharp "upstairs". When balance exercises are done correctly, growth of neurons is stimulated (neuroplasticity), which supports both memory and cognitive function. This balance class is both uplifting and fun! It literally keeps you "on your toes." It integrates your feet with your head, which is optimal for your overall health.
In addition to this, we perform gentle stretches to increase the flexibility of your four limbs. Everyone gains more self-confidence by becoming better at balance! You look better too, because your posture will improve.
*This is why one of the ways to screen for brain degeneration involves testing how long a person can balance on one leg. So if you can gradually increase this one-legged balance for longer periods, this will actually make your brain younger and more active.

INTERMEDIATE CLASS FOR PEOPLE WITH EXPERIENCE
This is the perfect session to get charged up and then emit your magic throughout the day. In-depth practice is about tending to the light that shines within us! In this class, you are guided through creative routines for core strength in conjunction with breathing synchronization and alignment precision. These dynamic combinations are integrated with powerful breathing techniques. All together, this practice improves digestion, tone, stamina, poise and grace. Inversions like headstands and shoulder-stands build self-confidence. Deep hip stretches support the regularity of your organs of elimination, and help with detox. Most of all, the inner fire practice augments your heart force, increasing courage and resilience.
Yoga is not just about flexibility or performing poses. It is about cultivating your source energy, mental depth and spiritual fire. On Sunday, we remember that yoga is in essence a way to approach life with openness, creativity and courage. Therefore, this practice is both artful and introspective. It trains your mind to be clear and alert. It encourages your heart to become magnanimous. And it makes your entire body more resilient. Sunday is a perfect time of the week to do a reset, to engage in our life's journey with greater clarity, equipoise and joy.

Course content is in pre-recorded video and PDF format. Classes on practicum and pedagogy may be taken either live-streamed or via recording. Monthly one-on-one guidance and email support is provided on a time limited basis. The course may be taken either at leisure or fast-track. Trainees attend 2 or 4 classes per week depending on the time option they choose.

You must know then that your success depends entirely on your own will and effort. You understand that time is your most precious commodity. That life is "priceless" because of its built-in expiration date. Others have relied upon you for your leadership skills and your strengths in decision making. Yet all this has come at a price. You have not often been allowed to show vulnerability, which has caused stress to build up inside. You have devoted your life to the success of the firm, and risen to the top. Those around you, including your family, have not always appreciated how much sacrifice this has entailed on your part. I have encountered many cases of highly successful people whose bodies begin to age suddenly because they have neglected to give them the full attention they require.

An initial consultation (90 minutes) is made in which we meet to discuss your main concerns, personal goals and how I can guide you to achieve them. On the basis on your preferred time frame and availability, I then design a protocol to suit your requirements. We map out timing, length, and frequency of appointments and we agree upon the setting which could be online, physical or a combination of the two. Since no two people are alike and many have travel obligations, I have designed the executive program to be tailored to each individual. This allows for flexibility and continuity in practice which are the keys to success. In return, what I expect from you is a commitment to the customized protocol we establish at the outset, and a willingness to consistently act upon the guidance I provide.
